Ultra-fine POSCA PC-1MR. Opaque water-based pigment ink writes on any surface and won't bleed through paper. 0.7mm bullet tip. POSCA works on most surfaces and is permanent on absorbent media such as paper and card.

  • Terracotta: Bake in the oven at 220°C for 45 minutes, then spray with varnish.
  • Textiles: Iron on the reverse side.
  • Porcelain: Bake in oven at 160°C for 45 minutes
  • Metal: Spray with varnish.
  • Glass: Bake in oven at 160°C for 45 minutes, then spray with varnish.
  • Wood: Spray with varnish.

    Postage

    PaperStory accepts orders for delivery to UK postal addresses only within England, Wales, and Scotland. Orders are unfortunately not accepted from Northern Ireland (due to the Windsor Framework) or any other countries outside of England, Wales and Scotland. 

    All our parcels are sent boxed, we only use high quality recycled packing boxes. We post orders between Tuesday and Saturday using Royal Mail tracked 48 as standard.  

    How Long does it take

    Posting We post the majority of our orders within 1-2 working days. With the exception of wool and individual sheets of paper and mixed paper packs as they require additional packing time.

    Once an order is added to our outgoing mail, you will receive a confirmation email, that your goods are on the way with a tracking number.  Please note that some of our items are only held at our shop, in this instance the order will be collected at our earliest opportunity, within shop opening times. 

    Posting times for individual wool bundles - The gathering and packing of wool requires additional time due to the labour-intensive nature of the process. We aim to dispatch all orders containing wool within five working days.

    Posting times for individual sheets of paper and layered packs- The gathering of individual sheets if paper requires additional picking and packing time. We aim to dispatch paper orders within two working days. 

    Bladed items - Sent with age verification delivery service via Royal Mail

    Royal Mail use a premium special delivery service, you will need to receive any bladed item deliveries in person. You may also be asked for identification to prove you are over 18.

    If delivery is attempted and you are not in, the parcel will not be left in a safe place, this is a legal requirement. If you are not available to receive the delivery, you will need to collect the parcel from your local post office in person.

    If age verification parcels are not collected, the parcel may be considered abandoned. Please see our returns policy for more information on abandoned orders as charges may apply.

    It is a legal requirement for you to be over 18 to receive and order any bladed products.

    Free Delivery Spend £80 to qualify for free delivery on your order. If the order is divided at the customer’s request—for example, if certain items are required earlier—only one part of the delivery will be free, and a standard delivery charge will apply to any additional shipments.

    Royal Mail Guidelines

    This is a guideline only, inclement weather, strike action, and other factors can influence the delivery schedule. (We do not post on Sunday or Monday)

    Tracked 24 – Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day. 

    Tracked 48– Royal Mail aim to deliver in two working days.

    Pre Orders - When placing a pre order, please take note of the predicted delivery date described in the product listing. Payment is taken at the time of ordering and all orders are posted in chronological order. 

    Very occasionally deliveries to rural Scotland and island communities might require an additional delivery charge. If this is necessary we will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your options.     Acceptance of an order - PaperStory only accepts orders from  England, Wales and Scotland,

    We cannot accept any orders outside of England, Wales and Scotland, or from anyone that utilises a third party forwarding service, which subsequently intends to send an order outside of England, Wales and Scotland, 

    This is due to safety, security, insurance and export regulations.

    Breach of conditions

    If an order is placed outside of England, Wales and Scotland, by using a third party forwarding system, or by manipulating delivery address; then a cancellation fee of £10 will be applied, plus any fees incurred to PaperStory will also be charged. 

    Check Address

    All customers should check their address details are correct at the time of placing their order, as these details are automatically transferred to the Royal Mail or Courier service, and cannot be corrected once the order has been fulfilled. In the instance of a customer incorrectly addressing their order, the order is likely to be returned to us and there will need to be a redelivery fee charged to send out the order again to the correct address (please see returns policy for more information).

    Collection of parcels when delivery has been attempted. 

    Customers must respond to any attempted delivery notice as soon as possible and within seven (7) days to arrange collection or redelivery. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being treated as abandoned.

    Need help…Please check first

    Parcel deliveries are returned to your local post office or collection point after an attempted delivery has been made. Please check for an information card in your letterbox, or your tracking number to rearrange delivery. Also consider checking if your item has been left with a neighbour or has been left in a safe place.

    After 10 working days from the due date Royal Mail will consider a lost claim. Only at this point only, can we process a claim for missing parcel or issue you a replacement item. This period is extended during holiday periods and during industrial action, industrial action strike days are not included as a working day. If you would like us to use an alternative courier, please do get in touch, and we will be happy to offer a quote for an alternative service.  Please see returns policy for more information. 

    If a parcel has not arrived the customer will be required to make a statement that they have not received the parcel to aid our missing parcel claim. If the parcel subsequently arrives and a refund or replacement has been issued, the order must be retuned to PaperStory. If an incorrect delivery address had been provided, a claim for replacement or refund can not be actioned.

    Abandoned Parcel - When a parcel is returned to us for non-collection

    If a parcel is returned to PaperStory due to non-collection, we will contact the customer to arrange redelivery. A re-postage fee will apply.

    If the customer chooses to cancel the order after non-collection, the original return postage cost incurred by PaperStory will be deducted from any refund due.
