Delivery & Postage
Posting We aim to post the majority of our orders within 1-2 days.
Wool - The collection and packing of wool requires additional time due to the labour-intensive nature of the process. We aim to dispatch all orders containing wool within five working days.
Bladed items - We have a bladed delivery policy, please check before ordering.
Cost The majority of orders are posted via Royal Mail, we offer standard tracked delivery at £3.99, express and next day service are also available.
Free DeliverySpend £80 to qualify for free delivery on your order. If the order is divided at the customer’s request—for example, if certain items are required earlier—only one part of the delivery will be free, and a standard delivery charge will apply to any additional shipments.
Orders are only accepted from the England, Wales and Scotland, due to the introduction of the Windsor Framework. We cannot accept orders that use third party services with the intend to send an order overseas. This is due to safety, security and export regulations.
Scotland rural and island communities may require an additional delivery charge to be requested after placing your order. If this is required, we will be in touch to discuss the best delivery option for you as soon as possible after placing your order.
