How much will delivery cost me
Standard postage is charged at £3.80, we also offer FREE standard postage when you spend £75 or more. Delivery within 5km of our shop address is available at a reduced rate
How long do you take to post an order
We aim to post orders within 1-2 days. The majority of orders are posted via Royal Mail. Postage is charged at £3.99, and free when spending over £75. With the exception of our scheduled shop holidays, during this time orders will be posted on our return.
Please note, we can only accept orders from the UK, and cannot accept orders that utilise third party services, which subsequently intend to send an order overseas. This is due to safety, security and export regulations.
Scotland rural and island communities may require an additional delivery charge to be requested after placing your order. If this is required, we will be in touch to discuss the best delivery option for you as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note we do not have all the specialty papers in our shop that are shown on the website, however, we can bring any item(s) to the shop for you to have a look at upon request. Please call 01362 350530 to arrange this before your visit.
Do you accept orders outside of the U.K.
Sorry, we are unable to post items outside of the UK, there are many restrictions imposed on art supplies leaving the UK.
