I’m an origamist and was hunting around for paper that I could use to fold tessellations. Stardream has proved to be a perfect choice. It folds and holds creases beautifully. Unusually for a paper of this weight, although not unique, it allows some light to shine through too, thus bringing another element to my models. The pearl sheen and colours bring a perfect finish. A big thank you to The Great Little Art Shop. I’ll be back!
I researched PanPastels and found a tutorial on mixing the three prime colours with black or white and ending up with many colours ( I’m self taught so a revelation to me!😉), I ordered from the The Paper Story (A Great Little Art Shop) for a couple of reasons… 1) it’s a small business and I want to support small UK businesses and 2) I got the little set of Sofft brushes with it for less price than on a corporate company. The purchase was amazingly easy using Apple Pay, the package arrived on time and was like opening a gift with its tissue paper protecting it and then…. Just what I needed - lovely soft wool, great for needle felting.

As described and delivered quickly. I ordered the 0.5 lead, which is very fine and because of this is quite fragile - order the 0.7 lead if you want a stronger lead.
Lovely wool, but the colour is a bit more mauve than mink, so great if you are looking for something with a slight purple hue.
Very well packaged and delivered quickly, will definately order from here again.
This black paper is excellent, its lovely yo work with, I'm working on a Jaguar which is obviously orange in colour & the black paper really makes it striking!
You can add lots of layers to this paper & still get detail on top!
Love using this clay, I create “stone” triceratops with this to either add in terrariums or just a figure on its own. The colour, like other clays, is darker after baked but that doesn’t affect me.
I can't fault this wonderful gem , if I lived closer I'd return more often, nothing is to big or little to ask because Angela or Chris will do their best to help you out, with tips and advice on the project you're doing
